Their customer service is second only in terms or awesomeness! The knowledge base, help desk ticketing system are all excellent resources for solving any issues we have had with them over their 14 year history (and counting!). I wish they could do more things like webcasts/webinars but at this point there's nothing else that would be worse than what you get from GCM anyway so it doesn't matter too much now does? It makes sense since most people don’t want another provider; just better tech support when needed which has always been available through our partnership as well!!
