Buyer Beware Stamping

I paid $6.96 for a used and broken product. Not only did the product have paint on it from whoever last used it, it also had some kind of foil product inside. Nowhere in the description does it say it has been used much less than the broken one. It took a while but I finally got it working. Just wondering how long that will last.
