The size M does not fit me well, they are too tight on my waist. I have a waist of 31"-32". The waist band is too strong and is leaves me marks after 30 minutes of wearing. Go for a size up, they also have a draw string!The material is pleasant to touch, and I like that in addition to the two side pockets, they have a pocket at the back with Velcro lock which prevents you lo loose whatever you need to stay put.The quality of these is average (the mesh stitches do not feel like they will last for too long but time will tell). The price is reasonable.
