Review on 🌀 Hunter Fan Company 59263 Cassius 52 Inch Ceiling Fan: 3 Blade, 3 Speed, Indoor/Outdoor, Light Stripe, Pull Chain Control, Fresh White Finish by Kerri Houston

I have ordered two replacement fans. Unfortunately I had to send both fans back because the wing screws could not be tightened. The quality control is so poor that the threads touched as soon as the blade was inserted into the blade. 4 screws out of 10 screws are enough. The second fan was no better. I opened up the parts of the second fan to see if I could work. Unfortunately there aren't any. I called Hunter Fans support and waited about 10 minutes. I think I spoke to a nice woman and explained the problem to her. She asked me to wait 2 minutes. Came back, asked me another question and asked me to wait 2 more minutes. Repeat this 4 times and we come to the solution. Spare parts can be ordered within 30 days. Or a replacement fan whose parts I could remove and return could be shipped in 60 days. Another note about this fan: the wood grain side of the blade was white around the edges. This would be an instant comeback if anyone wanted to see the texture of the wood.
