I have a top loading no agitator washing machine and from time to time I have been disappointed when clothes have either gotten soiled with detergent or couldn't be washed because they were wrapped in another item of clothing. They solved both problems. The only problem is making sure they aren't wrapped in clothes before I put the clothes in the dryer as sometimes they like to hide in the legs or sleeves. But overall they helped a lot with the wash and I'm happy to put up with the 'inconvenience' of them not hiding in the clothes when I put them in the dryer.
