Part is a genuine AC Delco part as advertised. It was easy to install (after removing the rear seats) and fitted perfectly. The hardest part of the job was removing the rear seats. When completed, the regulator assembly worked just as well as the factory part. Definitely recommend as a DIY project. You don't have to be a mechanic to replace this part. A few tips: 1) Take a picture of the old assembly before removing it so you can install the new cable in the correct position, and 2) Be sure to clean the rail that the window runs on for a smoother ride to ensure operation. A NOTICE. The motor runs continuously, so the position of the actuator on the governor is irrelevant.
