I like that they can see each other's work in progress to give feedback or ask questions if needed (which has saved me time).
It was very easy going through their interview process but it took longer than expected because of my previous experience working with them which meant there were things we couldn't pick up as smoothly when interviewing new candidates so more training opportunities would be great! Having someone check everything at least once before sending out an offer will save you some money later down from not making any errors/laziness by your own staff member(s) during interviews - this saves us both extra fees since our clients have already been told who didn’t get hired yet instead having one less potential candidate waiting around hoping that something changes about themselves over night :).
