I bought this product to work from home during quarantine. Since this is a dual monitor stand, one of the arms will work and the other will not. The voltage is 100% and the monitor does not hold. I have something now. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon OVER A WEEK ago but got nothing even though Amazon said I should hear back in a few days. I'm not happy and I just want it done right. Maybe they see it. Who knows, but keep looking and don't buy this one.
