A friend showed me this light because I do a lot of macro photography in the studio and small subjects. Perfect. I often use small lights with filters to get the look I want. However, I have to use gels to get the colors I want, but they are always a bit blurry and always very saturated. This light takes care of everything, it's easy to use and I get the results I want without fiddling with extra tape or clips. It just works the way I need it to. With this Godox I can use white light and control its intensity. I can adjust the light to the Kelvin scale or adjust almost any hue by controlling the saturation and lightness levels. For me, this is very important because I get more accurate images at the moment of shooting. It's small, light and I can mount it on any articulated arm that has a hot shoe connection. It also comes with a diffuser that serves as a great light source for the small subjects I'm shooting. The controls on the back are easy to use and become intuitive shortly after use. Since I got this flashlight I've shot a bit and haven't had to charge it. This is a great flashlight at a great price. And again it just works. I will be buying more of these and have shown and recommended them to my friends.
