HOWEVER, HOWEVER, I HAVE RECENTLY NOTICED THAT THE CONSISTENCY OF THIS PRODUCT IS CHANGING FOR THE WORSE. It's much thinner than the Balmex balm I've ordered before. I used to have to wash my hands thoroughly after touching this product when it was a top product. Now it just disappears from the surface of my skin when I rub it in. We have been using your brand for 4 years now but I will try bolder to find a replacement brand if you lower the price further. Your product. Please don't disappoint me and the rest of your loyal customers. Even though they water down the original formula, the product still performs exceptionally better than the competition, but lately they've let them prevail. I hope you read this review and take what I say into account. As a consumer, I often buy in bulk to save money. Don't punish us for that. I am seriously considering switching brands before ordering again.
