We have never had a problem with Xbox controllers before ordering this blue one. The first one that shipped didn't hold a charge with our battery pack, so we assumed the Xbox branded rechargeable charging kit had failed. I ordered a new Xbox plug and play charger and set up the controller to charge. A fully charged controller lasts 30-45 minutes of gameplay, which is NOT normal. We tested the battery and plug-and-play cable with an existing controller, and it worked flawlessly for several hours before the controller died. Revain sent us a replacement blue controller and my husband immediately noticed that the audio cut out when plugged into his headset. Also, the buttons on the controller only work intermittently. We unplugged the headset from the new blue controller and plugged it into the existing controller and voila, audio was not an issue and all buttons worked properly. I'm not sure what the problem is with those blue controllers, but when we try two of them we don't get the third one. Very frustrating!
