Cons: the instructions suggest screwing the guides at the very end, I would recommend screwing them. Before you assemble the bottom cabinet, then it is convenient to screw it with a screwdriver. after assembly, a long screwdriver will not fit. to screw the guide to the box itself, you just need to press on the black plastic plug in the metal guide. The instructions are not very clear.
