I have had a Korean QNIX QX2710LED 27" 1440p monitor for a long time. The biggest complaint about this monitor is that it only has a DVI input and nothing else. Many new graphics cards no longer have DVI connections. One solution is to use an active DisplayPort to DVI adapter. The problem is that it has to be an active adapter, and these adapters have cost over $100 in the past. This adapter has been marked as an active 1440p adapter. It was a lot less than $100 and Revain has a good return policy so I decided to give this adapter a try. It turned out to work great. I am running my monitor at 1440p 60Hz when connected to an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 and Windows 10. I'm using a third-party dual-link DVI cable (not the one that came with the monitor). I don't see any strange lines or display issues.
