I bought FOUR of these. Two had to be returned. On the one hand, the on/off switch stopped working after a short time. The other came with a chip. Now my THIRD does not light up at all. It was a gift and it broke after just ONE HOUR. This is after the return window with Revane. I'm trying to contact the seller to see if they honor the advertised 180% guarantee because I want a refund. It was a hassle to return defective devices. UPDATE: The dealer was really great. They not only refunded my money immediately but also sent me a free replacement. Hope the replacement holds up.
