Contacted the company and Revain (as they put their seal of approval on the repair) that the volume at the caller end is sketchy at best. I often have to put my phone on speakerphone mode because the caller can't hear me when they put the phone to my ear. (No, I don't mute my phone) This is a known iPhone issue. I can only assume that this is why the phone needed to be repaired in the first place. Anyway, I asked if a replacement could be sent (less than a month after I bought the phone) and then I send my phone back (or rightly charge for a replacement). said no They said I could buy another of their phones and then return the broken one. Of course because I have to spend an extra $800 on another iPhone to replace the BROKEN one you sent me?! No, I can't afford it. I am disappointed to have received a still broken "refurbished phone". Save yourself the headache and buy a new phone
