There is no support to delay the carrier.

Collapsible or without support, as shown in the picture. My cat still goes in and lies there. I just have to take her to the vet, which isn't even a mile away. They say it folds up, which is good because it takes up less space than a regular metal door and hard plastic backing, but it needs support for the animal to get in without the animal fighting you.
