Loses calibration for Test, Measure & Inspect

They gave reasonable readings at first, but after about 10 minutes of use they slid into the absurd regardless of the emissivity setting. Like 135F skin surface temperature when standing indoors at any emissivity setting. The cycle appears to repeat itself after a long enough pause - a few reasonable readings and then the deep end. I contacted support and got a quick reply but the conversation died out and now I can't access Revain. Seems like a bet on whether I'll get a good one.
