My husband and I just got back from a cruise and these luggage tags worked great. Our paper labels fit perfectly in the plastic sleeve. They sealed well and held up well. It took me a minute to figure out how to attach them, but it's actually quite simple. There is a cuff that slips onto the two ends of the wire and then bolts tight. We didn't use towel clips. They were a nice addition, but they're actually quite large. I ended up bringing a few smaller ones.
