Poor Quality: Replacement Parts

In the past year I have purchased three different kits from this supplier. The first two were of very good quality. Unfortunately, that last sentence was totally unacceptable. The finished edge was very bad and I couldn't use it on my machine. It really felt like a class B product. I will not buy from them again.
