The mechanical aspect of how this thing closes on your phone and then detaches doesn't work very well. The button the phone is pressing requires more pressure than I'm willing to press on my phone. The holder does not fit the phone in the case, the case makes it too thick. The grip that attaches the holder to the handlebars broke after a few uses, although the clamp itself seems to be the strongest part. It's just poorly constructed.
