Failed to load media. I guess for a real hardcore athlete this might not be the best device but for me it was perfect. This is the fourth percussion massager I've tried and the second mini gun. I have many complex medical conditions that make my body both fragile and stiff (spasticity/muscular hypertonia) and both conditions together result in terrible chronic pain. Traditionally, percussion massage guns have helped relax hard, tight muscles; mine are WITHOUT practice. This is a REALLY small gun! I have small hands with arthritis and it was easy for me to hold and surprisingly light. Because it's lightweight, it doesn't put much pressure on your body. So if you NEED really heavy pressure/weight this is not a great product for you. But yes, perfect for me. There are 22 levels, which is a lot. I used it on the lowest level. This is by far the softest percussion I've ever tried. Other pistols I've tried, even those on the lowest tier, were too aggressive to hit specific areas of my body. This one can do pretty much anything except any areas on my head (when you get close to the head your teeth start chattering. On some other devices I couldn't even get close to the neck, spine or shoulder blades). At its highest level, the percussion was really "fast" but maybe not as "hard" as other guns I've tried and maybe less desirable for some people. What I really liked about this particular shotgun was the narrow, pointed attachment. . I've used it to dig around at trigger points around my collarbones and shoulder blades, problem areas I've had for years that were causing pain all over my upper body. It works very well and doesn't hurt. But then again, I used it at the lowest level. It comes in a really nice, compact and sturdy storage bag with a zip closure and internal compartments. The only downside is that they didn't make a compartment for each nozzle so there's nowhere for the two to go. Strange. This is simply charged via the wall adapter. Mine was fully charged in less than 2 hours. The digital display has a power button and a minus button that reduces the power level. To level up, press the power button again. Long press disabled. The display is good except it doesn't actively show how much battery is left and when it turns off it says "OFF" instead of "OFF".
