IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT HONEYWELL DEVICE, THIS IS IT. IF YOU NEED OTHER OPTIONS LIKE COMBINED HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING MAKE THEM. BUT THEY COST A LITTLE MORE WHICH IS REASONABLE.
