Don't Do It

I've had this heat press for less than 9 months and have only used it about 10 times. It stops heating and the on/off switch is stuck in the on position. I turned it on to warm it up and it stopped heating, the numbers aren't visible and the switch is stuck in the on position. It is very dangerous if you do not unplug the machine when not in use!
