didn't seem to work

I gave 4 of them away for Christmas. I gave it to three different people and kept one for myself. Everyone agrees that it didn't work. Our microwaves may not be dirty enough to work, but I won't be buying them again.

Pros

Use steam to remove dirt from microwave, just add vinegar and water then microwave for 7 minutes. There is no need to use hazardous chemicals and stain removers.
