I like the clean, simple, white look of these bowls. In my home there's that age old question with some dishes. "Do you want it in a bowl or on a plate?" This is perfect. The question need not be asked again. You don't need to pile your pasta or salad up in a soup bowl. This allows for you to plate your food in a visually appealing way like on a plate, but not have to chase your food around the plate because of the lifted side of the bowl. It's actually about the size of a salad plate. Or a "side" plate. But because of it being basically a flat bowl you can put a lot more in it than a salad plate.They washed up very easy. When I got them I washed a couple by hand and put the rest in the dishwasher. They came out perfectly fine. They feel nice. They look nice. As soon as covid allows for dinner parties I will be using them. I do recommend.
