Review on Aegon Insights Australia by John Jones

The ability to extract key insights from large amounts or structured, unstructured & semi-automated text into Excel reports is very useful for decision making in our day jobs as well! I think that there are some features which could be improved but it's an excellent product overall with good support (which sometimes lags behind what you expect). For example we haven't been able receive updates about new modules so have had no option other than trial/demo versions even though they offer full upgrades at any time - also would like access to additional examples when upgrading eg VBA scripting etc rather then just getting sample code via email after upgrade has finished? Our current needs can fit this software however if those changed slightly things might not work out quite how hoped initially due too complexity required by business process changes over years since purchase date!!
