Done with no experience.
Used to extend the drain hose on my car, it's pretty intuitive and I have no experience with these things but be careful because the plastic it's made of is cheap but it works after installation. Use a hard plastic insert, even if you have to push it into the pipe, because if you try to attach and tighten it without the clamps, it will bend inward when tightened and water will come out. I cut off the wide end with scissors as I don't need it
