I like that there can be as little or much of an involvement with the company. From day one, my team and i feel comfortable to ask any legal questions. Also they have been very helpful in setting expectations when we do take over ownership. It has just come down to experience on their side so far. However it's really not that bad at all! If you'd like to build confidence, hire with them. There is nothing about our relationship thus-far that made me regret doing so. They were great to work with! I liked that they took their time explaining things so there was no confusion or miscommunication during our transition period from an employee-employer relationship at another employer to working as consultants through BALCH/BINGHAM's legal department. There really isn't anything negative about them (except maybe some of my own decisions!). We didn’t like how we had been provided information regarding other companies' benefits plans because it wasn”.
