Review on Jabra Audio Processor Deskphone Softphone by Alicia Thomas

I was hoping this would allow me to switch between my phone and computer on the fly to use the same headset. It's not like this. You have to manually set it up to be one or the other. Jabra sells another Link 180 that offers a headset for your phone or computer if you need that option. From the description it looked like the 850 could do it but I couldn't figure it out. I liked that it had a mute button on the box along with a volume control. When I set it up for a computer and used it for Skype, I really didn't like the mic volume. Adjusting manual input made things a little better, but then the echo kicked in.
