Not meant for tall people
I’m 6ft, approximately size 16 US, 38 in waist, 38 bust. I ordered a XXL. The waist trainer is definitely meant for a shorter woman. I had to push my boobs up to fit/zip up the trainer completely. My lower abdomen sticks out, so if you’re a bit chubby, it’ll look like your belly is hanging. I don’t think sizing up would help, or it would be too big. So far looks good, but taller thick women beware.
