Very good software to manage your customer care operations fast and efficiently

I liked how it was easy for me as well my team members/colleagues who are not very tech savvy in terms of software development can easily understand this tool without any training required from us! It has helped our business grow by leaps & bounds since we started utilizing its services more than 3 years back now!! Nothing so far at least nothing worth mentioning which i dislike about AiWOZo's service delivery model. We have used their product mostly for customer care related activities such as responding emails within 24 hours etc., also some minor tasks here n there but overall they deliver what exactly you need when needed most importantly fast paced time sensitive work environment where immediate attention matters most. I was able to get my work done within minutes instead hours/days in front desk roles before this software! It's easy for anyone who knows how it works, but there are some features you need training help from someone else as well so make sure your team does not have any problems implementing them into their daily workflow processes. My process management has been greatly improved since we implemented AiWozo - especially our service delivery times which used be extremely long now its only 30mins!!
