Easy learning curve with solid capabilities

I found it easy to learn how everything works from drag drop UI interface for creating bots/robotics as well as managing them all in one place - which was great! It's not perfect but if you're just starting out this tool will get your feet wet without any problems at first glance.- There are some bugs here & there when trying to make changes such as adding more than 1 bot into a project etc., so be prepared to spend time troubleshooting these issues until they become less frequent.   • The drag and drop interface makes it easy to use as compared to the other bots available out there if you're new to the game

  • It's not easy to add a single bot without it constantly glitching and saying there is an error

Very good software to manage your customer care operations fast and efficiently

I liked how it was easy for me as well my team members/colleagues who are not very tech savvy in terms of software development can easily understand this tool without any training required from us! It has helped our business grow by leaps & bounds since we started utilizing its services more than 3 years back now!! Nothing so far at least nothing worth mentioning which i dislike about AiWOZo's service delivery model. We have used their product mostly for customer care related activities such as
