I have been taking the product as directed for about 2 weeks - once before training and once after training. Almost from the start, I noticed a reduction in fatigue in the hours after a workout, better sleep at night, and less soreness the next day. I didn't notice any improvement during the exercises themselves, but I feel like I can reduce my recovery time between workouts and will now train the same muscle groups with just one day between them instead of two. or sometimes the three days of rest I used to rely on. As I recover better from strength and cardio sessions, I've found that I'm paying less attention to really pushing myself to the max. I don't worry too much about the "I'll pay for it tomorrow" thing, which has the side effect of overcoming some mental resistance to high-intensity exercise, as well as the faster physical recovery I'm seeing.
