It has helped us to keep our customer support system organized with all of their accounts under one roof instead having them scattered across different platforms like Slack or HipChat which can be confusing for clients who are not used too it as well. I would recommend this product if you have an existing chat service that isn't integrated into Salesforce yet but want something more robust than what they offer out-of-the box (like Zoom). We use awakiSh primarily because we wanted some way other then email to communicate between employees when dealing with customers via live chats - mainly due to HIPAA compliance reasons.
