I used to wake up with shoulder blade pain every four hours. I went to my craniosacral therapist and she used it on me and told me about it. When it helped when she used them on me, I bought my own. I used it in the morning when I woke up from pain and it helped for a couple of hours. But now that pain is really gone completely. I don't know why, maybe it's or maybe my muscle relaxants, but of course it's nice to sleep more than 4 hours. Either way, I'll definitely have them handy in case I need them again! For some reason some seem easier than others?
