I bought this gasket thinking all gaskets are the same and it would just work, but after talking to my mechanic it turns out I made a really good choice due to the thickness of this gasket. It's thick, which is the right move when upgrading from an OEM. Little bits of information like this will help you make a purchasing decision. So far it has been installed recently with no problems.
