When I took it out of the box the silver on the base was peeling off. and the clear plastic ball is so soft it will bend when you pick it up. Don't waste money.

This is another product made in China that is cheap, mangled, broken junk. I received a refund. This is the buyer beware of the product. It was plastic when I expected glass. One of them was broken.

A friend's granddaughter just wanted a snow globe for Christmas. She talked and talked about it for months. So I ordered her one. That was excellent. And because it's not glass and has a slight curve, it's perfect for younger children to hold and admire.

Nice that plastic instead of glass. However, the clarity suffers from the dome. So keep that in mind. But for a gift it serves its purpose quite well. Please note that photos should probably be printed 10-15% lighter than usual and centered in the top third for best viewing.

creating memories is very important in our family and grandma making snow globes with her grandson for gifts all year round is very special, yes, everyone has special Christmas pictures, but Christmas and the Christmas spirit should be every day, all year round! Gentle memories continue as the globes are made.

Bought as a gift for my 6 year old granddaughter who is currently interested in snow globes. I love that you can put your own images and change them easily. She was delighted to see two photos of my dog (whom she adores) playing in the snow. The globe is made of flexible plastic, light and comfortable to hold.

Unfortunately my snow globe started to arrive leaking. When trying to paste my photos I had to use tweezers to remove the stencil which got wet. I put my photos in but immediately saw that the plastic insert has a crack from top to bottom which explains the leak. Unfortunately I had to use it anyway as it was a special gift for my grandson's last performance of The Sound of Music here in our city and I didn't have time to return it.

I just received this globe and was very disappointed to find that I had ordered a small one and not a large one. But I thought, well, since I already had photos taken for it. I cropped and pasted the images very easily. I kept shaking it, trying to get the glitter and snow to do its job and waiting for it to clear. That didn't happen because the glitter was stuck to the plastic where the pictures were. I already threw away the packaging so I've decided I can't return it. I'm so disappointed…
