shtosh, I had dreamed of making the purchase for a half year, so I didn't expect to be angry when it really happened. I wanted to buy them after seeing numerous reviews and tops where they flashed, but the price of $12,000 seemed excessive. I waited for the 8k price and accepted it. I want to make it clear right away that I am not pretending to have a musical ear. My layman-level evaluations: sounds or doesn't sound. and impressions follow my two-year journey with airdots for 700. Two negatives are present at the same peak. The noise is typical. With an x10 price difference between headphones, I was anticipating a wow impression. He is simply normal, too. It is deeper, but not necessarily better. I've been battling with the system equalizer for a week now in order to get the headphones to sound good in all genres (typically), and I don't like it. The second flaw is ergonomics. They weigh a lot and are uncomfortable. I picked up an ear cushion (is that how you spell it?) and saw how they typically rest in the ear. and enjoy anything that makes a buzz? no. They now start to itch in the ear after 30 to 40 minutes. I wish to shift, scuff, or take away. No solace. Achieving more than an hour to pass in them. and that defeats the purpose of these headphones entirely. I am very sorry that I purchased unwearable headphones. Positives include their stunning beauty and how well the casing fits in the hand. After airdots, transparency and noise reduction are truly remarkable technology. an excellent microphone, but the subway is no longer disrupted. They maintain communication well: I leave them on the office table and calmly move 10 meters between rooms. useful application control keys are located on the earpiece itself. IMPORTANT!: The earpiece itself lacks actual buttons, but when it is gripped for control, the earphone simulates a barely audible mechanical click, which is incredibly handy and pleasant.
