The top review mentions that you have to remove the hard plastic behind the suction cups to make them work, but other people in the reviews are still complaining about the suction cups. The hard outer plastic will come off and your suction cup will work perfectly. They work AMAZING once you remove the hard plastic. I have three 5 month old cats that weigh almost exactly 20 pounds. All three can sleep on this bed and it has never fallen out of the window.
