Slight learning curve for me
I broke a few eggs when I first tried to use it. I have found that I have more success leaving the egg (pointed end down) in the box, flipping the piercing over and placing it on top of the egg. With one hand I hold the silver piece and with the other I gently press the black base. I have never cracked eggs using this method.
