Solid customer/tech relationship & good for both sides

Customer service is top notch, they follow through with what they say they're doing (we have no reason to believe otherwise). They don't do anything that's not absolutely essential to their own financial success; when you need new equipment or more manpower, they work hard at keeping your business as one of theirs by providing quality resources. I would like them if we ever had any questions about how our dispatch software worked. The people who manage it tend to be young professionals from another generation looking toward tech futures than are decades in front of us! It was originally only going to handle two stations but because there were issues finding contractors capable enough, three stations came online which made life easier. It is very user friendly, the support is excellent, the interface is simple to use and makes it easy to view all of your personnel information in one location. The system is great, but I wish there was more customization available. We have been able to easily track our employees throughout their shift, update them with any changes they may need (like vacation time), and communicate those changes to everyone involved.
