I have already written two five star reviews on the machine. Now a little bit about their technical customer support. First, this is the main office in China. They were tiring to communicate with, but they responded quickly and seemed willing to help. There were language issues so I contacted FlashForge USA and found out they had a support group not fifty miles from me in Los Angeles. It is much more convenient to communicate both by phone and by e-mail. It took me a while to get the printer working again after it had a nervous breakdown. Okay, maybe with a little break I'll be stressed out typing day and night. In any event, the group here in LA was extremely helpful and even sent me a whole new injector assembly when all other attempts at repair had failed. When you have a complex machine like a 3D printer, you want to work with a manufacturer that offers exceptional support. FlashForge seems to be of this type.
