Johnson Level & Tool 7500M 9 " Magnetic Plastic Torpedo Level

I bought two of these non-metallic 9" Johnson 7500M levels to replace a pair of similar old torpedo levels that were sold after a Decent made in the USA of red and gray plastic and feel like they'll hold up to my regular use at work. The level has a full-length magnetic strip on one edge for leveling on iron pipes, wires, and Also there is a V-groove for use with tubes and pipes on the other edge. I have found that I use plastic torpedoes more often than heavier aluminum frames as they carry my bag more easily and are far less likely to be the property of one Customers damage them by accidentally falling, especially from the height of the stairs. I like that too they are not about to leave black marks of oxidation on freshly painted drywall, as all aluminum does when used to level jigs and wallboard devices in the recesses of new construction. These plastic tiers are non-conductive, which is a huge plus for me when working with live panels and drawers for things like cable entry. Overall I'm very happy with the two tiers I bought and I think the price here on Revain was very reasonable too.
