The photo doesn't show how big the curve of the skirt is. The fabric of the top and bottom is different so it may not have the cohesion of the dress and look more like two separate pieces. I wouldn't wear the two together as the look of the top doesn't match the style of the bottom. Business top, skirt after work. If it would fit better (not so tight around the hips) I could just throw a black top over the sleeveless white part. But that would make it pointless to buy something like that, right? So it's back! I won't rate it below three because it might really suit someone else. Just be sure what look you want and decide if it suits your surroundings. Much luck!
