I like that it allows me to see who's available when I need them. It also allows me to see what they've been applying to and how many times they've applied. The software has not been updated in years, so it doesn't always work correctly. It's hard to use sometimes. Sometimes it will show you the wrong information or say something is "in progress" when it hasn't even started yet. Keep an eye out for those errors. It's easy to use and makes scheduling interviews much easier. It also allows us to see if people are actively looking for jobs and if they're still interested in our company.
