I was really surprised how well this works, but I tested it for a week and definitely saw improvements in my bedroom and office. It's a decent fan in its own right - good performance, not too loud, small and portable so I can move it to where I need it. But if you fill the tank with water and activate the humidifying spray mode, it does an excellent job of cooling the tempered space overall. Space and there is enough water for a long time. Be careful with the spill as it can spill, but it wasn't a big problem for me. The low-power mode is enough for me at first, but the high-power helps on particularly warm days. Battery life is good but might not last all night if all features work. Colored backlight is a soothing feature for falling asleep. If I have one criticism, it's that the USB charging port is on the top side instead of the back or bottom. I'm assuming this is to keep it away from the water tank, but it does make cable routing a bit fiddly. This is a great option for rooms without air conditioning when the fan just won't do and I'm glad to have this this summer!
