Awful experience with the internet store Auovo

I just had the regrettable experience of purchasing some replacement components from Auovo's web store, and it was a complete disaster. My entire experience was troubled from beginning to end. First of all, it was very challenging to navigate their website. It was difficult for me to locate the parts I required because it was slow, unresponsive, and had a disorienting layout. Even after I found what I was looking for, the checkout procedure was aggravating. I had to redo the process several times since the website kept freezing before I could submit my order. Even worse, when my purchase did finally come, the parts were completely different from what I had ordered. They weren't the right size, and they didn't fit my car well. I was only faced with frustration when I attempted to contact their customer service department to remedy the problem. Their representatives were unhelpful and didn't appear to care about fixing my issue. I had an awful overall experience with Auovo's online store. To anyone seeking for replacement components for their vehicle, I would not suggest this firm. Avoid the inconvenience by shopping somewhere else.
