I really wanted to love this brush. It arrived in a timely manner, it came with several other little niceties in the box, and it came with a very polite thank you letter for purchasing it. All very nice. First the pros; it is pretty, easy to hold and light weight, and feels nice on my scalp. The cons: the first time I used this brush some bristles fell out into the sink, and when I used the little cleaning tool some more bristles fell out. This was a little alarming, how long would this item last at this rate? And for sure nobody wants stiff bristles clogging up a sink drain. So, kudos to this company for all the nice things, and when all is said and done I still like the brush and will enjoy using it with maybe a towel in the sink to catch any more fallen bristles. The loose bristles are the only reason for just 3 stars--------I give 5 stars for all the rest of my purchase experience with this company.
