I don't know what sort of human body could fit into this! I am 5'8, 145 pounds, 36 DD chest and typically wear mediums or 8-10 in pants. I ordered the medium in this and tried the vest and jacket on first. It fit pretty well, and was just a hair bigger than what I wanted surprisingly because I am a bit busty. No biggie there, I was just going to take it in a little. When I pulled the pants out, I knew immediately they weren't going to fit. Even just holding them up it looked like something I would have put on a child. But I thought, surely my eyes were deceiving me and tried them anyway. Yup, couldn't even get the buttons past my hip bone! It was like an xxs with the way it fit. I sent it back and didn't bother to try another size because I already knew the jacket would have to swallow me in order to get pants that fit. It's a shame too because I really would have liked the quality of the suit if it was appropriately sized.
