I am not a professional stylist but a mother stylist. I invested in a basic salon at home and saved my family over $7,000 a year in weekly salon visits (and no thanks to the C-19). This chair is perfect for our needs. ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY, it will not sag. The 360° rotation is intentionally a little tight (for safety reasons) to avoid whiplash. Hydraulic pump up/down smoothly. The reclining function is a real reclining (like in the dentist's office). The headrest is removable and is great for backwashing your hair. The footrest is also great if you need to rest your feet - it's not a step stool or ladder. And you can even ditch the footrest (just two screws) if you have goofy kids/clumsy adults. And this thing can carry up to 400 pounds. Person. And no bolts/screws are missing, only SOME ARE PRE-INSTALLED DURING PRODUCTION. Confession. I'm a collector by nature, so it was easy for me. About 30 minutes. collect yourself. BUT, if you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with DIY furniture, seek help and/or just take your time. I don't actually do reviews but in case other parents need this for a similar purpose why not say the word. This is a beautiful piece of furniture/work of art.
